What Is A Zero-Carbon Park?
A zero-carbon park does not mean having absolutely no carbon emissions at all. Rather, it involves integrating the “carbon neutrality” concept throughout the entire lifecycle of the park—its planning, construction, and operation—and leveraging technologies such as new energy sources, energy conservation and emission reduction, and carbon capture and sequestration to ensure that the park’s carbon emissions and carbon reductions reach relative equilibrium within a single cycle (typically one year).
