Industrial parks are the core platforms for China’s industrial energy consumption and carbon emissions. Achieving a low-carbon transformation in these parks is key to reaching peak carbon emissions in the industrial sector.

Faced with these common challenges, Yingchen New Energy has proposed its own systematic solution—centered on a “1‑Network, 2‑Platforms, 3‑Systems” architecture—to deliver an integrated green‑energy solution for zero‑carbon industrial parks, effectively addressing key pain points such as insufficient green‑energy consumption and weak long-term profitability.


I. Multi‑energy synergy for clean energy supply
The “National-Level Zero-Carbon Park Construction Indicator System (Trial)” explicitly stipulates that park electricity consumption should, as a priority, be supplied directly through green power, with the direct-supply share ideally accounting for no less than 50%. In response to this stringent requirement, Yingchen has established a multi‑energy coordinated supply system—centered on a green, intelligent microgrid and integrating “on‑site generation + external direct supply”—to help parks achieve a clean‑energy transition.


To date, Yingchen has delivered near-zero-carbon solutions to more than 200 industrial parks, factories, and public institutions, helping these sites achieve a self‑generated, self‑consumed green electricity share of over 85% and reducing energy intensity per unit of output by an average of 6%.
II. Dual-Drive Approach: Digitalization of Energy and Carbon Management
Without a digital infrastructure, the source‑grid‑load‑storage system is nothing more than a disjointed collection of isolated components, making it impossible to even begin advancing energy conservation and carbon reduction.
Yingchen has independently developed a virtual power plant and the i‑Zero Carbon dual platform, seamlessly integrating data across generation, grid, load, and storage to create a digital hub for zero‑carbon operations in industrial parks, ensuring that park‑level energy and carbon‑emission data are “visible, manageable, and accurately accounted for.”


Currently, Yingchen has deployed virtual power plants across multiple regions, including Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Shaanxi. Its i‑Zero Carbon platform has connected more than 20 entities, spanning public institutions, industrial parks, high‑energy‑consumption enterprises, and science‑and‑technology innovation parks, thereby enhancing regional energy‑management efficiency and supporting the green transformation of these areas.


III. End-to-End Integration for Unified Service Delivery
In the process of advancing zero‑carbon parks, the greatest risk is “fragmentation”: one firm handles consulting, another undertakes construction, and yet another takes on operations and maintenance—resulting in high coordination costs and unclear lines of responsibility.
Yingchen offers an end-to-end, one-stop solution spanning “project diagnosis—solution design—construction—operation and maintenance—electricity‑carbon trading,” enabling industrial parks to engage with a single partner.


Yingchen has established 15 provincial-level subsidiaries nationwide and maintains a technical service team of over 300 professionals, covering the entire project lifecycle—from development and engineering construction to smart operations and maintenance, as well as specialized trading—ensuring efficient end-to-end execution from planning through implementation, construction, and ongoing operation.

The energy consumption levels of the numerous buildings within the park directly determine the park’s baseline carbon emissions. Relying solely on efforts on the energy supply side is far from sufficient.
