Yingchen New Energy showcases at Intersolar Europe 2026 in Munich, Germany.
Jun 26,2026
From June 23 to 25, local time, the Intersolar Europe 2026 was held in Munich, Germany. Yingchen New Energy showcased its comprehensive Building‑Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) solutions and the upgraded UniGo microgrid system at the exhibition. Leveraging its technological strengths in building energy efficiency and carbon reduction, as well as all‑domain green power supply, the company aligned closely with Europe’s energy transition and global diversified market demands, thereby fully demonstrating the robust technical capabilities and global expansion prowess of Chinese new‑energy enterprises.
The European Solar Show is Europe’s largest and most influential specialized solar energy event, serving as a key indicator of technological advancements and market trends in the global photovoltaic industry. This year’s exhibition brings together more than 2,800 companies spanning the entire PV value chain, along with over 100,000 industry professionals, focusing on cutting-edge areas such as multi‑scenario PV applications, solar‑storage integration, and smart energy. Complemented by high‑profile industry conferences, the event provides a premier platform for technical exchange, business collaboration, and strategic trend analysis for the global sector.
BIPV’s all‑scenario applications are reshaping urban spaces.
At the exhibition, Yingchen | JiaSheng Photovoltaics showcased its robust BIPV application capabilities across all architectural contexts, blurring the boundaries between photovoltaics and building design. Leveraging a mature technology platform and a comprehensive product portfolio, the company has developed integrated BIPV solutions tailored to diverse building components, including rooftops, curtain walls, tiled roofs, and shading systems. The “Qing Brick, Dark Tile, Glazed Ceramic, Azure Shadow” full‑range product line on display fully addresses the differentiated needs of public buildings, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, high‑end residences, and cultural‑tourism landscapes, achieving a seamless fusion of photovoltaic technology with architectural aesthetics and structural functionality. To date, this product series has been deployed globally across more than 1.25 million square meters.
In addition to scenario‑based applications, Yingchen | JiaSheng Optoelectronics also showcased a comprehensive energy‑saving and carbon‑reduction solution spanning the entire building lifecycle, fostering a complete “BIPV + Smart Energy” ecosystem. This solution integrates cutting‑edge photovoltaic‑storage‑direct‑flexible technologies, offering end‑to‑end services that encompass customized planning, system integration, and installation and operations. Tailored to the specific energy‑use profiles and decarbonization targets of different buildings, it enables intelligent coordination among solar power generation, energy storage for peak‑shaving, and flexible electricity consumption, while seamlessly adapting to diverse energy‑use scenarios such as residential homes, commercial buildings, and zero‑carbon industrial parks—aligning closely with Europe’s trends toward market‑driven energy systems and building electrification.
Iterative microgrids cover weak-grid regions worldwide.
In response to the geographically uneven distribution of global energy access—particularly in regions like Asia, Africa, and Latin America, where nearly two billion people still face electricity shortages—Yingchen New Energy has continuously refined its UniGo product portfolio, launching an upgraded, all‑scenario microgrid solution. This solution seamlessly spans seven core application domains—residential, commercial and industrial, campsites, mines, agriculture, off‑grid island communities, and emergency relief—and extends vertically across 50 specialized industry segments. Benchmark projects in Southeast Asian agriculture, African processing plants, and South American mining operations vividly demonstrate the solution’s exceptional adaptability and reliability in complex global environments.
At this year’s exhibition, Yingchen New Energy unveiled its first oil–electric hybrid system solution, achieving full compatibility between high‑efficiency solar‑storage modules and diesel generators ranging from 15 kW to 100 kW. This creates an intelligent, interconnected operating framework that prioritizes photovoltaic power, leverages energy storage for regulation, and relies on diesel as a backup. Powered by advanced smart dispatch algorithms, the system automatically optimizes energy supply based on solar irradiance, load demand, and the state of charge of the storage unit. In real‑world operation, it can reduce diesel consumption by as much as 80% to 90%, truly integrating accessibility of power supply, operational cost‑effectiveness, and reliable energy use.
The Chinese Approach Supports Global Zero-Carbon Development
At present, the global dual-carbon strategy continues to deepen, Europe’s energy transition is accelerating, and the market for BIPV‑enabled green buildings and smart microgrids is steadily expanding. Riding the wave of industry development, Yingchen New Energy will adopt “Future Energy” as its strategic vision, committed to delivering customized new‑energy solutions that meet local standards and align with specific application needs for customers worldwide.
“This exhibition is not only a comprehensive showcase of the company’s technological achievements but also an important opportunity to deepen global cooperation,” said Zhang Yifei, Chief Technology Officer of Yingli Group and General Manager of Yingchen JiaSheng Photovoltaic. He added that the company will continue to embrace an open‑and‑collaborative approach, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and all‑scenario solutions to work hand in hand with partners worldwide, jointly advancing the green transformation of the energy system and contributing Chinese wisdom and strength to the global goal of carbon neutrality.
