On March 10, Yingchen (Xiong’an) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yingchen Xiong’an”) and Acrel Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Acrel Electric”) officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Wuxi. Together, the two parties are embarking on a new chapter of deep, coordinated development in new energy and electrical energy efficiency, focusing on resource complementarity, technological synergy, and joint market development to promote the deep integration of green power and smart energy use, thereby injecting new momentum into the global energy transformation and upgrading. Yin Guibao, General Manager of Yingchen Xiong’an, and Zhou Zhong, Chairman of Acrel Electric, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.

Before signing the agreement, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on a long‑term cooperation model, clarified the roadmap for subsequent business implementation, and conducted thorough exchanges focusing on equipment operation and maintenance services as well as joint project development, thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful execution of future collaborations.

Under the agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective core strengths to build a comprehensive service system spanning the entire “new energy + energy efficiency enhancement” value chain. Specifically, Yingchen Xiong’an will draw on its extensive hands‑on experience in new energy system integration and project development, while Ancore Electric will capitalize on its deep technical expertise in intelligent electrical operations and maintenance, as well as energy efficiency management. By working in tandem, the two companies will jointly explore overseas markets, helping China’s microgrid solutions gain greater global traction and providing overseas customers with end-to‑end, one‑stop energy services.

It is reported that Acrel Electric (www.jsacrel.com) is a domestic company listed on the ChiNext Board (stock code: 300286). For many years, the company has been deeply engaged in the fields of enterprise microgrid energy efficiency management and power consumption safety, possessing end-to-end “cloud-edge-device” full-stack solution capabilities. Its products and services extensively cover multiple core scenarios including power, new energy, data centers, and smart parks, enabling it to provide users with comprehensive energy efficiency monitoring, optimization, and security protection services spanning from the device layer to the platform layer.
