Symposium on Zero-Carbon Park Development | Yingchen Shares Its “iZeroCarbon” Smart Solution

Recently, a closed-door symposium focused on “Zero-Carbon Park Development and Project Implementation” was successfully held in Beijing. Co-hosted by CITIC Consulting and the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee of the China Energy Research Association, the event brought together dozens of industry experts and representatives from energy companies, investment institutions, grid operators, park operators, and specialized consulting firms. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions and vigorous exchanges of ideas on key aspects of the first batch of national-level zero-carbon parks—ranging from strategic planning to practical implementation—focusing on core issues such as model innovation, technology integration, and policy coordination.

At the conference, Yin Guibao, General Manager of Yingchen (Xiong’an) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., presented “Smart Solutions for Zero-Carbon Parks,” systematically showcasing Yingchen’s technological roadmap and innovative achievements in the zero-carbon park sector. In his address, Yin emphasized that building a zero-carbon park is by no means a mere aggregation of individual technologies; rather, it is a complex, system-wide undertaking whose success hinges on firmly anchoring “energy conservation and carbon reduction” as the core strategic lever. He proposed that this can be achieved by establishing a diversified and highly efficient clean-energy supply system, promoting comprehensive energy-saving upgrades across all stages of industrial processes, and deploying digital tools for energy and carbon management—thereby solidifying the clean-energy foundation of the park and ultimately enabling precise, end-to-end control of carbon emissions from source to sink. Yin further outlined Yingchen’s strategic positioning and core competencies. He stated that Yingchen is closely aligned with the national “dual carbon” strategy and is primarily promoting its “iZeroCarbon” smart solutions in the domestic market. This business portfolio encompasses four key pillars: the development of a clean-energy supply system, comprehensive energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation, the construction of an “iZeroCarbon” full-domain intelligent energy-and-carbon management platform, and the establishment of a virtual power plant platform.

Currently, Yingchen’s “iZero Carbon” smart solution has been widely deployed across multiple core settings, including science and technology parks, data centers, higher education institutions, and industrial manufacturing parks, delivering remarkable practical results. To date, Yingchen has provided specialized services to nearly 200 near-zero-carbon industrial parks nationwide, spanning more than 80 industry sectors. In real-world applications, the average self-consumption ratio of green electricity in these serviced parks has exceeded 85%, while energy intensity per unit of output has been reduced by an average of 6%, firmly demonstrating the dual value of its solution in advancing the green and low-carbon transition and enhancing economic efficiency.

The insights shared at this symposium not only highlight Yingchen’s deep technological expertise and extensive experience in zero-carbon park development, but also offer valuable practical guidance and innovative models for the high-quality implementation of China’s first batch of national-level zero-carbon parks. Moving forward, Yingchen will continue to deepen its commitment to “iZeroCarbon” technologies and services, working closely with partners to jointly chart a new vision for green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.
